Australian Army Retires the Tiger Attack Helicopter

The Australian Army has announced that the Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH Tiger) will conclude its flying career with the service by the end of September. This bookends 22 years in Australia, with the aircraft first arriving in 2004. Retirement has long been expected, with the Army beginning its search for a replacement in 2019.
